Uninstall an Older Version of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent

To install the most recent version of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent, you must first uninstall any older version you have on your computer.

Please follow these steps to uninstall an older version:

1. On your computer desktop go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Remove a program (Windows XP). In Windows Vista and Windows 7, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program.
2. Find “Valleylab Exchange” on the list of programs, click on the program name, then click on Change/remove. Wait for the program to be removed. Close the window.
3. Go to Download Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent to download Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37.

(NOTE: If you tried to download the new ForceTriad™ software and got an error message, you need to upgrade to Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37.)
