Find Your Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent Version Number

(NOTE: If you installed Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent after September 2009, you have the current version (1.37). You are ready to download ForceTriad™ software version 3.20.)

To find your Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version number, follow these steps:

1. Open your Internet browser.
2. In the address bar, type in C:\Program Files\Valleylab\5.2SP1\qsa\etc and click on Go or hit Enter on your keyboard. You will see a directory of files.
3. Find the file named “versions.txt.” Double-click to open it.
4. Find the line that says “Valleylabinstaller.” It will say either “Valleylabinstaller: 1.37” or “Valleylabinstaller: 1.25.”
5. If it says “Valleylabinstaller: 1.37,” you are ready to download the new software. Close your browser window and proceed to download the ForceTriad™ software version 3.20.
6. If it says “Valleylabinstaller: 1.25,” you must uninstall that version and then update to Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37.
