Download ForceTriad™ Software Version 3.40

 

To download the new software, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your ForceTriad™ generator is connected to your computer.
  2. iconFind the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent icon on your computer’s desktop and double-click to launch the program.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. When prompted, enter Customer Number 3400 and Key Code FT340.

(NOTE: If you tried to download the new ForceTriad™ software and got an error message, you need to upgrade to Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37.)
