How to Update to ForceTriad™ Software Version 3.40
To download the ForceTriad™ software version 3.40, you must have the most recent version of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent (version 1.37) installed on your computer. It is used to download the ForceTriad™ software. (NOTE: If you tried to download the ForceTriad™ software and got an error message, you need to upgrade to the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37.)
Please choose an option:
- I have Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37 on my computer, and I’m ready to upgrade to ForceTriad™ software version 3.40.
- I’m not sure which version of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent I have installed. Help me find my version number.
- I have an earlier version of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent on my computer and need to upgrade to version 1.37 before I can download ForceTriad™ software version 3.40.
