Overview:

Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent.exe is a self-extracting archive/installer containing the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software. This program will only work on compatible Windows Operating Systems (it is not for use on Macintosh computers).

This Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software is intended for use with the ForceTriad™ energy platform. Customers who have the Valleylab™ Service Agent software installed will be able to perform remote software updates as they become available.

Instructions:

If the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent is currently installed on your PC, please uninstall it before proceeding

1. Select “Download Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent now”
2. Screen prompts you to either “Run” or “Save” the downloaded file
3. Select “Run”
4. Browse to desktop as a destination for the unzipped files (Setup.exe and versions.txt)
5. Select “Unzip”
6. A message screen will appear indicating three files unzipped successfully
7. Select “OK” and close WinZip self-extractor utility

Once downloaded, close all open applications, and double-click on the “Setup.exe” file to install the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software.

The customer information screen is displayed. Enter data as requested.

When all information has been entered the InstallShield Window Complete screen is displayed. Click “Finish” to complete the installation.

Restart your PC to complete the Valleylab™ Service Agent software installation.

Consult the User’s Guide for instructions to receive a software update from Valleylab.
