Overview

Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent.exe is a self-extracting archive/installer containing the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software. This program will only work on compatible Windows operating systems (it is not for use on Macintosh computers).

Customers who have the Valleylab™ Service Agent software installed will be able to perform remote software updates for their Covidien energy-based devices as they become available.

Instructions

If an earlier version of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent is currently installed on your PC, please uninstall it before proceeding.

To download and install Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37, follow these steps:

1. Select the "Download Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent now" link above.
2. The screen will prompt you to either "Run" or "Save" the downloaded file.
3. Select "Run."
4. Browse to desktop as a destination for the unzipped files (Setup.exe and versions.txt).
5. Select "Unzip."
6. A message screen will appear indicating three files unzipped successfully.
7. Select "OK" and close WinZip self-extractor utility.
8. Once downloaded, close all open applications, and double-click on the "Setup.exe" file to install the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software
9. The customer information screen is displayed. Enter data as requested.
10. When all information has been entered the installer screen is displayed. Click "Finish" to complete the installation.
11. Restart your PC to complete the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software installation.

Once you have installed Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 1.37, you can proceed to installing ForceTriad™ software version 3.40.
