The Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software is used to download and install software for your energy-based devices, such as the ForceTriad™ energy platform and Cool-tip™ E Series RF Ablation System.

Is your Valleylab™ Exchange Software up to date?

To download the most recent software updates for your energy-based devices, you must have the most recent version of the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software on your computer.

The current version of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software is 2.0.

With this software you will:

• Maximize system uptime with the ability to update your equipment on site.
• Ensure your medical experts/clinicians have access to the latest performance features.

Update your Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software

If you have an older version of the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software on your computer, you must first uninstall it.
