ablation zone examples

The following are examples of potential ablation results using single and multiple MWA percutaneous antennas.

These examples are from ex vivo animal tissue (liver) models. The size of ablation zones may vary in clinical settings.

Evident™ MWA System Tissue Verification Testing Protocol
Ablation zone is dependent upon tissue vascularization, type, temperature and impedance.
Ablation zone testing was performed in healthy ex vivo bovine 20°C liver. Ablation zones may vary in clinical settings.
Illustrations of ablation zones are not to scale.
